We operate a portfolio of brands across sport, lifestyle, F&B, automotive retail, and B2B, and we're building a structured marketing function to support them. We're looking for a hands-on marketer to run and shape this function: someone disciplined, accountable, and driven by results, who's ready to grow with the role.
Our group spans four distinct businesses, with more to come. Lifestyle Capital Club is our premium lifestyle and business hub, featuring padel, a golf simulator, VIP rooms, and premium lounge and dining. Integras is our B2B printing and packaging business, Garage Café operates in F&B, and SLT Autoboutique is our automotive retail arm. Each brand serves a different audience, and the role is to bring them together under one consistent, well-run marketing function.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll lead the day-to-day marketing across our brands — creating content, running campaigns, and executing activations — with the rare opportunity to shape the marketing function from the ground up: setting the strategy, building the systems and brand standards, and defining how we measure success. You'll work closely with top management to keep marketing communications and branding aligned with the group's direction. As the function grows, so does the role, with the opportunity to build and lead a team over time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Brand and positioning: define how each brand is presented and maintain a consistent identity across every touchpoint.
• Marketing communications: manage messaging, promotional materials, and tone across brands, and support outreach and pitch materials for partnerships and new business.
• Digital marketing: social media, content, digital campaigns, paid advertising, and data-driven optimization.
• Offline marketing: events, activations, and partnerships, supported by in-house production through Integras.
• Strategic alignment: work closely with top management to keep marketing communications and branding aligned with the group's direction.
• Performance and reporting: set clear targets, track and analyze metrics, and report results on a regular, structured basis.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• 5 years of marketing experience, with a hands-on track record of executing directly.
• Equally comfortable across digital and offline/activation — you enjoy working across channels rather than specializing in just one.
• Ability to manage multiple brands or products at once; agency, startup, or multi-unit backgrounds are a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational discipline — you set priorities, meet deadlines, and keep reporting consistent.
• Excited to build from the ground up, and able to balance big-picture strategy with close attention to detail.
• Proficient with AI tools and MS Office / Google Workspace, and happy to be out in the field across our brands.
• A track record of results, which we value above formal credentials.
