Deskripsi pekerjaan Marketing Executive - Kohai Esports IWG E-Sports Sdn Bhd
- Lead strategy for all owned & operated platforms across digital platforms and social media, including newsletter and website
- Oversee social content calendars and collaborate with social media managers to develop social strategy
- Collaborate with content, design, and partnerships teams to develop and execute campaigns and their expression on social platforms, including paid media campaigns
- Develop and nurture relationships with platform partners to ensure social stays ahead of all platform changes
- Manage conversations with external partners as needed
- Monitor the ongoing digital conversations about the brands, teams, and other relevant parties
- Report on the growth and performance of each brand via analytics and adjust plans based on actionable insights
- Design and implement high-touch digital campaigns with amateur and pro players, influencers, leagues, and teams across streaming and social media platforms that grow and support our business.
- Leverage esports channels to deliver on our brand vision and promote our products and services
- Provide marketing support for event executions, live streams, partner promotions, and tournaments
- Manage reporting and perform analysis on the rapidly evolving esports competitive market across partnerships, streaming networks/platforms, social media, internal systems, and community discussions: including analyzing key performance data, industry trends, and emerging opportunities
- Build strong relationships with pro players, amateur players, and teams to identify top talent to champion brand campaigns.
- At least a bachelor's degree and 3+years’ experience working in brand marketing, publishing and content across a portfolio of games, sports and creative products and services
- 3-5 years of experience in brand relationship management, esports industry, consumer brands/products, or corporate agency setting. Knowledge of the gaming and esports ecosystem, live streaming platforms, and esports communities on Twitter, Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Discord, TikTok, and etc
- An enthusiastic, can-do attitude and excitement to create innovative and unique concepts.
- Ability to evaluate performance data and deliver insights based on pre-determined metrics/KPIs
- Detail-oriented, self-directed skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including adaptability to fluid and last-minute changes
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- A creative person deeply embedded in the online gaming and esports sphere, in-touch with the most relevant trends
- Driven and determined to develop strategies for high-performing social and digital content, with a track record that reflects it
- Knowledge in Esport gaming industry is a plus
- Proactive, identifying areas of improvement and addressing them accordingly
- An experienced manager, leading and developing the team underneath
