We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Batam. The ideal candidate will handle both digital marketing and general marketing activities, helping us grow brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns (social media, ads, content marketing)
Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Create, edit, and optimise engaging content for websites, social media, captions, and videos.
Lead or support website development and revamp projects
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Work closely with the team to support student recruitment and brand growth
General Marketing Responsibilities:
Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to support student recruitment
Design and produce marketing collaterals (flyers, banners, posters) in line with brand guidelines
Collaborate with partners, agencies, and vendors on marketing campaigns
Prepare monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendations
Ensure marketing materials and websites are accurate, functional, and up-to-date, functional, and user-friendly
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in digital marketing (experience in education or training sector is a plus)
Able to create marketing content (Canva or similar tools)
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Enthusiastic about trying new digital strategies and learning quickly
Fresh graduates with strong digital marketing skills or portfolio are welcome to apply
