We are looking for a creative, proactive, and well-organized Marketing Event & Promotions professional to create and execute marketing activities that attract customers and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events, promotional programs, and brand activations across Safari Wonders stores and locations.
- Develop promotional concepts for seasonal moments, special occasions, product launches, and sales campaigns.
- Create attractive in-store promotions and customer activities to drive traffic and sales.
- Coordinate event execution, including vendors, venues, materials, merchandise, and other operational needs.
- Manage collaboration with external partners, brands, tenants, and event organizers.
- Coordinate with Retail, Creative, E-Commerce, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor the implementation and results of events and promotional activities.
- Prepare simple reports and evaluations to improve future campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Event, Marketing, Promotions, Brand Activation, or a related field.
- Strong event planning, coordination, and execution skills.
- Creative and able to develop attractive promotional concepts.
- Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
- Willing to work on-site and outside regular office hours when required for events.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in retail, lifestyle, entertainment, or event industry is a plus.
