Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and manage affiliates, KOLs, and KOCs that align with BIOTA’s brand values and target audience.
- Develop and execute affiliate & influencer marketing strategies with clear KPIs (e.g. number of videos, engagement rate, and sales growth).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-performing creators and affiliates to ensure ongoing collaboration.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and implement engaging, viral campaign ideas that showcase BIOTA Smart Home’s innovations.
- Work closely with KOLs to create authentic and creative content that highlights product benefits and features.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in influencer and affiliate marketing.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field, with a focus on KOL partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics to measure campaign success.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
