Deskripsi pekerjaan Marketing Consultant PT. Leads Property Services Indonesia
Key of Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting comprehensive studies and financial analysis for tenant representation services
- Assist clients through the negotiation process to achieve advantageous lease terms
- Maintain and provide clients with services and optimal solutions during and after the process
- Act as a liaison between tenants/clients and property management
- Assist in Sole Exclusive Agent (SEA) project
- Review Letter of Intent (LOI)/Letter of Offer (LOO)/Agreement and provide the best solutions in real estate terms
- Update tenancy database
- Actively update space availability/tenancy database
- Actively source for prospects through cold calling, networking events, referrals, etc
- Organize and conduct property inspection for tenants/clients
Requirement/Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Discipline and self motivated
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- High passion in property industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
