Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to align with our brand identity.
- Design high-quality, engaging visual content (graphics, photos, and short-form videos) for digital marketing, social media, and printed collateral.
- Write compelling and creative copywriting for social media captions, newsletters, press releases, and website updates.
- Monitor, interact, and respond to followers, guests' comments, and online reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze social media metrics and campaign performance to optimize future content and strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments (F&B, Front Office, Sales) to promote special events, promotions, and daily operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marcom, Social Media Specialist, or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) and user-friendly tools like Canva.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Basic photography and videography skills are highly highly preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and successful social media campaigns.
