Job Description
As a Marketing Communication at Taeyang Kulture, you will:
1. Develop Campaigns Across Divisions
Plan and implement marketing strategies for diverse product lines: language programs, study/work abroad, kids programs, extracurriculars, and cultural events.
2. Brand Communication & Messaging
Ensure clear, consistent messaging across Taeyang Kulture’s brands and platforms, including taeyang.kulture, taeyang.abroad, and taeyang.club.
3. Content Planning & Execution
Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful content for digital platforms, email campaigns, brochures, and activations.
4. Community & Student Engagement
Support community-building initiatives, gather user-generated content, and grow our presence within language and youth communities.
5. Event & Activation Support
Assist in planning marketing assets for workshops, info sessions, offline booths, and partnership programs.
6. Monitor Trends & Insights
Track education and youth market trends to shape relatable, up-to-date campaigns aligned with Gen Z interests.
7. Lead Generation & Conversion Support
• Develop multi-channel marketing funnels to drive new student and parent inquiries (both B2B and B2C).
• Work closely with Tele Sales and Study Advisor teams to create campaigns that convert to real enrollments.
• Launch performance-driven campaigns across social media, email, and community networks
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing, communication, or content strategy (experience in youth or education industries is a plus).
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect education with lifestyle, youth aspirations, and cultural trends.
• Content Savvy: Skilled in copywriting, social media management, and digital storytelling.
• Tools Know-How: Familiarity with Meta tools, Canva, email marketing platforms, and basic analytics.
• Language & Culture Enthusiast: Interest in language education, pop culture, or international programs.
• Communication: Excellent writing and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (bonus: Korean language skill)
