MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Moos Cafe – Surabaya

We’re looking for a Marketing Communications team member who can turn ideas into campaigns that make people notice Moos, visit Moos, and keep coming back.
You’ll work closely with our Event & Community and Content Production team to create fun, relevant, and effective marketing activities for our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns and activities.
- Manage Moos’ social media channels and digital communication.
- Develop promotions, offers, and campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
- Find new ideas and opportunities to give customers a reason to visit Moos.
- Conduct simple market, customer, competitor, and trend research.
- Coordinate marketing activities with Content Production and Event & Community.
- Manage communication for campaigns, promotions, events, and collaborations.
- Monitor traffic, sales, campaign performance, and basic marketing ROI.
- Help keep Moos’ brand communication consistent across channels.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Social Media, F&B, Lifestyle, Retail, or related fields.
- Good understanding of social media and basic digital marketing.
- Creative and able to come up with practical campaign ideas.
- Comfortable working with numbers, basic reports, and campaign performance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, proactive, and hands-on.
- Curious about people, trends, food, lifestyle, and what makes customers come back.
- Willing to work in a fast-moving cafe environment.
