Marketing Communications helps shape how Firstpage and Firstpage Academy are understood by the people we want to reach. You will work across content, campaigns, landing pages, and basic performance tracking.

What You'll Do

• Write content and campaign copy for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, website, and other digital channels.
• Turn briefs and business ideas into clear communication.
• Create content briefs and simple content plans.
• Coordinate content and campaign assets with Design and Digital Marketing.
• Help develop and update landing page content.
• Turn client results into simple case studies.
• Support Firstpage Academy recruitment campaigns and content.
• Track basic content and campaign performance.

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates from any major are welcome.
• Experience can come from internships, freelance work, organizations, campus projects, personal projects, or previous employment.
• Strong copywriting and content writing skills.
• Experience developing social media content and content plans.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics such as reach, CTR, leads, CPL, and conversion.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel for simple tracking.
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia writing with comfortable working English.
