- Brand Campaign Management: Develop, plan, and execute integrated brand campaigns that elevate our company’s image and drive engagement across key channels.
- Collaboration & Partnership Management: Identify, manage, and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Promotions & Activities: Coordinate and manage promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales.
- Costing & Budgeting: Assist in the development of marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with financial targets.
- Advertising Management: Plan, create, and optimize digital and traditional advertising strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. (IG Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc)
- Trend Monitoring & Strategy Adjustment: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies to inform campaign strategies and keep the brand relevant.
- Monthly Report Analysis: Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports, analyzing key metrics such as ROI, engagement, and customer acquisition costs. Use insights to improve future campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, brand management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and promotional strategies.
- Proven experience in managing partnerships and collaborations.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and advertising strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Up-to-date with current trends and best practices in marketing communications.
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
