Elsana Corporation is a local coffee shop brand from West Kalimantan, bringing together good coffee, comfy spaces, and good vibes.

With 6 existing outlets across Pontianak, Sintang, and Entikong, we’re growing our presence as a local F&B brand that’s more than just a place to grab coffee.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and driven person to join our team as Marketing Communication Specialist:

Job description:

• Planning & Develop communication coverage to increase brand’s value.
• Plan and manage marketing budget with post evaluation analysis & monitor and identify market trends.
• Coordinate event, partnerships, and sponsorship activites to enhance brand visibility
• Plan and develop marketing activities, customer loyalty strategies, product launches, promo campaigns and events.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media.
• Overseeing and working together with Design Team to develop marketing tools.

Job requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelore Degree Marketing / Mass Communication / Public Relation or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the same fields
• Proven experience with a sound understanding of marketing and branding.
• Strong analytical skill, Leadership skill and data driven thinking.
• Having no travel constraints
• Placement in Pontianak
