Marketing Communication

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute effective marketing communication strategies
2. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals, product launches, and promotional campaigns
3. Love to provide all necessary materials and implement end-to-end 360 marketing to ensure that all marketing activities are executed on schedule and effectively achieve objectives and goals
4. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions in collaboration with all team marketing
5. Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives
6. Interest in conducting market research to gather both qualitative and quantitative data that will strengthen product and brand strategies
7. Nurturing continuous improvement and innovation from the evaluation of new and existing product and brand strategies to create better results
8. Love to monitor brand guidelines and increase brand awareness across all channels and products
9. Able to provide administration for all marketing activities and produce reports to evaluate their implementation

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Management or any related fields
2. Min 1 year of working experience in Marketing or any related fields
3. Good knowledge in brand strategy and product development
4. Have ability in Market Research, Project Management, and Digital marketing
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with clear logical thinking
6. Can work both individually and in a team environment
7. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
