Marketing Communication

• Directs and evaluates the advertising & promotion team.

• Build relationship and collaboration with the community or external parties to increase

brand exposure, brand awareness and sponsorship.

• Looking for influencers to visit stores and endorsements.

• Analyze customer behavior to develop and learn their interests.

• Create a social media marketing plan, event concept and budget according to company

requirements and time targets.

• Create plan design and content editing for store and online promotions.

• Able to create email marketing and IG ADS.

• Arrange a product launch schedule and upload content for all brands.

• Collaborate with other divisions related to ongoing project activities, events or

campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same field.

• Have experience in handling several parties and projects.

• Have good communication and leadership to direct the team.

• Familiar with marketing communication strategies and tools.

• Have a good taste in fashion, styling photoshoot, good looking, and willing to be a model/

live e-commerce at certain times.

• Familiar with photo and video editing applications.

• Have good English skills.

• Willing to be placed in Surabaya
