Marketing Communication Officer

Mitra Data Lab is seeking a Marketing Communication Officer for our client, Sales Catalyst.

About Sales Catalyst:

Sales Catalyst is a business consulting firm that helps MSMEs increase sales and achieve sustainable growth through business data analysis, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and in-depth customer research.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid (2 Days WFO + 3 Days WFA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing marketing campaign ideas and recommendations for clients.
• Create copy for broadcasts across WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Define broadcast targets based on customer database.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare campaign performance reports for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or a portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in marketing, business development, or sales.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence in interacting with clients.
• Proficient in Google Sheets.
