We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communication Officer with experience in events management to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic marketing communication initiatives, with a specific focus on planning and coordinating impactful events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization through effective communication strategies and engaging event executions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Work closely with other Marketing team members in developing compelling and engaging content for various platforms, especially for print materials (incl. but not limited to brochure, banner, etc.)
- Event Management: Take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing successful events, including seminars, webinars, conferences, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate logistics/vendors, manage budgets, and ensure seamless event experiences for participants.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communication initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, utilizing data-driven approaches.
- Merchandise Coordination: Manage the entire process of ordering company merchandise, from sourcing suppliers to coordinating production and delivery. Work closely with vendors to negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent and effective communication of the brand message across all channels.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and drive brand awareness.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to contribute insights for strategic planning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales and tech to align communication strategies with overall business goals.
Specification :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in marketing communication, with a focus on event management (fresh graduates are welcomed with considerable internship/organizational experience)
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Creativity and innovation in developing impactful marketing strategies (Campaign & Event Creation)
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (esp. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Willing to work overtime when needed (usually approaching to the event day)
- Having experience as a Master of Ceremony (MC) for events is a plus
