- Collaborates with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs also work with sales team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyses these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.
- Based on assessment, drafts and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia/digital.
- Presents design ideas and recommendations to the marketing manager, committee, or sales team.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our digital assets (website, ig channel,etc) performance such as traffic, service quotas, and target audience. Including Tracking ROI for measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Attends trade shows and community fairs and staffs the company booth.
- Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.
- Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Networking with potential clients and industry experts for increasing brand awareness
- Gathering customer feedback for informing product and sales teams
- Joining online platforms and social media groups for discussing industry trending topics
- Crafting and sending regular newsletters about latest company news
- Planning press conferences and interviews
- Maintain and update all tasks & plan via company software platform
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Agency, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Have a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of content development, various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be advantage.
- A data-driven mindset with an ability to adjust in real-time to drive performance and optimization goals
- Highly creative, exceptional verbal & written communication skills with excellent analytical abilities.
- A keen learner who will collaborate on all deliverables with the team and ability to meet deadlines
- A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous.
- Proficient in developing, executing, and measuring demand generation programs that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel.
- Proven track record of delivering qualified leads via owned and earned channels
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
