Key responsibilities
- Support the creation and development of marketing communications materials, including digital content, promotional campaigns, and brand messaging
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital platforms
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and communications planning
- Help manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement
- Support the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, infographics, and advertising materials
- Assist in organising and executing marketing events, promotional activities, and brand activations
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics and prepare reports on marketing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication
- Support administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns and project coordination
What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Demonstrated interest in marketing communications, brand development, or digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Eagerness to learn and develop professional skills in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
