1. 1-3 years experience in content creation, publication or editorial roles
2. Bachelor's Degree in Communication, English or Indonesia Literature
3. Fluent in English and Bahasa both oral and written
4. Actively follows social media trends and understands short-form content formats
5. Able to create engaging captions, scripts and basic video content
6. Have good attention to detail
7. Excellent management skill for handling projects
8. Highly adapt to new software or applications
9. Committed and willing to always learn new things
