Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communication, KOL Management or related fields
- Experienced in KOL sourcing, database management, and influencer collaboration.
- Familiar with marketing campaigns, social media, and brand partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Able to understand written and spoken English.
- Creative, proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with internal and external parties.
Job Descriptions
- Execute marketing communication campaigns, brand collaborations, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Source new KOLs regularly, manage the KOL database, and achieve monthly acquisition targets.
- Coordinate KOL, Brand Ambassador, paid promotion, and affiliate collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Manage consignment and media partnerships, and maintain relationships with external partners.
- Coordinate brand community activities, photoshoots, bazaars, events, and other marketing activities with internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on KOL collaborations and marketing activities.
