Position Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to manage and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, AI chatbots, sales funnels, and automated campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications. In this full-time role (5 days/week, 4 PM–midnight), you will focus on building and managing marketing funnels, automating lead generation, and integrating GHL with other tools. You will also troubleshoot AI chatbot flows, set up onboarding systems, and ensure smooth campaign launches. No coding is required. We use drag-and-drop tools to create automations that directly drive revenue. If you have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for automation, join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Work full-time, 5 days per week, from 4 PM to midnight
- Set up and manage marketing automation in GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Create and optimize AI chatbots and workflows in GHL.
- Design and implement sales funnels to increase conversions.
- Automate onboarding processes for new clients and leads.
- Integrate and automate campaigns using Zapier.
- Set up and manage automated email & SMS campaigns for lead nurturing.
- Monitor and troubleshoot AI chatbot errors in CRM.
- Develop personalization strategies and email database segmentation.
- Plan and optimize push notification campaigns for Web & App.
- Create campaign journeys based on user segmentation.
- Provide marketing campaign reports, including email & push notifications.
- Identify marketing trends to develop innovative campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, or Direct Marketing.
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier automation, and CRM tools (Netcore, CleverTap, MoEngage).
- Strong understanding of funnels, lead generation, CRM automation, and AI chatbot management.
- Experience with payment gateway integrations, onboarding systems, and automated sales processes.
- Skilled in managing email and SMS marketing campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing.
- Proficient in automation tools, email service platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Sheets).
- Excellent written communication, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to research and optimize email marketing trends and campaign performance.
- Creative thinker with a solid understanding of marketing campaigns and messaging.
- Able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments without compromising quality.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with a self-motivated attitude.
