• Research and review potential KOLs on different platforms.
• Maintain communication and relationship with KOL, media, and community for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.
• Build an extensive networking with KOL/Influencers/Celebrities for future collaborations.
• Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing team to execute different promotional campaigns.
• Negotiate cost appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
• Ensure all campaigns/promotions related to KOL are being executed in a timely manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Media, Communication, or any related major.
• Having at least 1 year of experience managing KOL/Influencers/Celebrities.
• Have an extensive networking with KOL/Influencers/Celebrities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, able to speak Korean is a plus.
• Up to date with the latest issue, trends and insights especially related to KOL/Influencers/Celebrities.
• Experience in beauty industry is preferred.
