We're a fast-growing F&B and entertainment group building some of Jakarta's most talked-about spaces — from everyone’s go-to karaoke at Caiman, to elevated dining at Notta, to late-night casual singing sessions at Masterpiece. ### The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Associate who wants to get their hands dirty across the full marketing mix — not just execute tasks, but help think through strategy, campaigns, and partnerships. You'll support multiple venues at once, so no two days will look the same.
### What You'll Do
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events across all venues
- Coordinate with influencers, media, and partners for collaborations and coverage
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance and customer data to sharpen future initiatives
- Help manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination
- Work closely with the social media, design, and operations teams to keep messaging consistent per venue
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and new marketing channels worth testing
- Jump into on-ground activation and event support when needed
### What We're Looking For
- Curious and resourceful — you Google/ask/test until you figure it out
- Proactive; you flag problems and bring solutions, not just observations
- Comfortable juggling multiple brands/projects without dropping the ball
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Genuine interest in F&B, nightlife, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Data-curious — comfortable looking at numbers to inform decisions, even without a formal analytics background
- 0–3 years of experience (internships count); fresh graduates with strong initiative are welcome
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and excited by a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
