Deskripsi pekerjaan Marketing Associate PADI Padel Club
We're launching a padel club in the middle of a 17,000-person campus and we need someone who knows how to make noise. You'll own our brand presence — social media, community activations, Binus partnerships, and everything that gets people through the door and keeps them coming back. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a self-driven content creator and community builder.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Build and run our Instagram and TikTok from zero — content, filming, editing, posting, engagement
- Develop and execute pre-launch hype campaign targeting Binus students and employees
- Manage relationships with BEM, UKMs, and student organizations for activations and co-promos
- Coordinate with Binus comms team for campus-wide email blasts and banner placements
- Identify, approach, and manage student content creators and micro-influencers
- Plan and execute on-site activations: demo days, inter-faculty tournaments, open days
- Build and manage the founding member pre-registration and WhatsApp community
- Design or coordinate all marketing collateral: posters, digital assets, signage
- Track and report campaign performance: follower growth, booking conversion, event attendance
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years in digital marketing, social media management, or brand communications
- You live and breathe Instagram and TikTok — you understand what performs and why
- Can shoot, edit, and caption content independently — no agency dependency
- Experience activating communities, not just posting content
- Bonus: sports, fitness, or lifestyle brand marketing background
- Bonus: existing network within Binus campus or Jakarta youth sports community
- Bonus: basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express)
