For those who dream of living and working in Bali in a full-time hospitality management role, a new position is opening at Merlin's in Ubud, Bali:
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Assistant to support and execute marketing activities across our four brand concepts, working closely with the Marketing Manager and Senior Management.🌟
✨ The ideal candidate for this position has ✨
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing
- Strong understanding of content & social media strategy
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Google Ads
- Good copywriting skills for social media, campaigns, and promotional materials
- Strong creative eye and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality / tourism environment
- Proactive and creative
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Senior Management on marketing strategy and campaigns
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars
- Manage Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
- Create and oversee social media content
- Coordinate photography & video production
- Coordinate event marketing & live event content
- Manage and monitor Meta Business Suite & Google Ads
- Track marketing performance, analytics & budgets
- Prepare monthly marketing reports
- Coordinate merchandise, suppliers & print production
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistent brand execution

Candidate Profile
- Available to start 1st October;
- Based in Bali is preferred. Candidates based in Jakarta or elsewhere in Indonesia who are able to travel to Bali for interviews are also welcome to apply;
- Open to Indonesian candidates;
- Preference will be given to highly experienced Indonesian hospitality professionals with a proven background in premium service environments.
