• Berorientasi pada target, proaktif, serta memiliki inisiatif tinggi dalam mencapai tujuan. (Target-oriented, proactive, and has high initiative in achieving goals.)
• Membangun dan menjaga hubungan profesional dengan jaringan broker dan mitra bisnis. (Build and maintain professional relationships with broker networks and business partners.)
