Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in any major; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within an educational or preschool environment
Proficient in picture and video editing tools to create engaging promotional and communication materials
Professionally proficient in English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents and prospective families
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage documentation, reports, and school data effectively
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Highly organized, proactive, creative, and able to perform well under pressure
