We’re seeking a Marketing & Sales Ops Specialist to drive conversions, optimize our funnels, and bring creativity to our growth efforts. You’ll be the bridge between our leads and our mission—following up with prospects, running sales calls, crafting ad creatives, and analyzing what works. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, loves learning and isn’t afraid to experiment.
You’ll work remotely from Indonesia, collaborating with our small but mighty team to turn interest into action. If you’re organized, people-savvy, and eager to grow with a startup, this is your chance to shine. You will be working with globalised customers primarily English speaking.
Your role:
- Drive Conversions and Sales: Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, conduct onboarding/sales calls, and close deals with a personal touch.
- Marketing Ops: Create ad creatives (copy + concepts), manage performance marketing campaigns, and suggest improvements based on what you see.
- Analyze & Optimize: Track funnel performance (e.g., response rates, conversions) and share insights to make us better.
- Strong Agency and Creativity: Bring fresh ideas to the table—whether it’s a new follow-up tactic or a creative ad angle, have ownership on driving objectives and always be growing and evolving.
Who You Are
Fluent in English (written and spoken)—you’ll be chatting with leads and writing persuasive copy.
A people person with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence—you can read the room (or the chat!) and adapt.
