1. About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to lead the company’s marketing and sales initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and drive sustainable business growth.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.
• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Drive sales growth and achieve company targets.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis.
• Develop partnerships and corporate business opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively.
• Prepare marketing and sales performance reports.
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing and sales team.
3. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing or Sales.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Results-oriented and target-driven.
• Experience in Retail, F&B, Hospitality, or FMCG industry is preferred.
