Marketing & Sales Manager

Mitra Data Lab is seeking for a Marketing & Sales Manager for our client, Amorcakes & Bakery.

About Amorcakes & Bakery:

Amorcakes & Bakery is a bakery brand offering a variety of cakes, breads, and pastries. The brand currently operates 30+ outlets across Jakarta, Depok, Bogor, and Sukabumi, and has earned various national and international awards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing and sales strategies across existing channels (in-store, digital, reseller, franchise, and corporate).
• Plan integrated marketing and sales activities with clear targets, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor marketing and sales performance, focusing on ROI, lead generation, and revenue growth.
• Lead and develop the Marketing & Sales team to drive performance and achieve targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Marketing or Business Development experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in the F&B or FMCG industry with a track record in multi-channel marketing and sales.
• Excellent ability to analyze and leverage data for strategic decision-making.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, project management skills.
