Job Descriptions:
- Penetrating the market of English and Mandarin course using the Qooco sales methodology
- Planning, implementation, also creating marketing campaign activities to create sales
- Crafting strategies for all marketing stuff including digital, advertising, communications and creative
- Making monthly planning that adjustable to every season to achieve the target
- Presenting product knowledge to potential customers
- Building trust and developing long term relationships with customers
- Providing excellent follow-up service to students and possible parents
- Showing dedication to ensure students reaching their educational goals
- Willing to do canvassing in sales
- Willing to be placed in : Bintaro Sektor 7
Qualifications:
- Indonesian with a university degree or diploma
- More than 2 years of experience in education consulting related activities
- Creative self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Curious about meeting new people, caring, and honest
- Persistent and resilient
- Well-organized with good phone skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Able to work under pressure to meet targets
- Interested in both language learning and marketing world
- Able to speak English at a conversational level all day with both customers and colleagues
- Able to speak Mandarin at a conversational level all day with both customers and colleagues will be a strong advantage.
