QUALIFICATIONS:
- Maximum age: 30 years old.
- Minimum D3/S1 in Communication, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Promotion Staff, Marketing Support, Event Staff, or a similar role; experience in an automotive dealership is an advantage.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prepare reports, maintain promotional documentation, and manage activity records accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
- Creative, proactive, and capable of planning and executing promotional activities and events.
- Active, communicative, and able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, honest, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently not employed and available to join immediately.
- Willing to work overtime, including weekends, when required.
- Willing to be placed at Head Office – Matraman, East Jakarta.
- Portfolio (design, event, or promotional projects) is an advantage.
