Algonova, part of Algorithmics Global is a leading international school of programming and mathematics for children with over 500,000 students worldwideis looking for a driven and passionate Offline Marketing Manager to lead our local growth in Denpasar.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing & Partnership Specialist at Algorithmics Global. The Specialist will be responsible for communication, market research, sales, marketing strategy, and customer service in support of the school's mission and growth.
Responsibilities
Assist in executing school outreach campaigns
Support with outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and basic logistics (venue prep, forms, etc.)
Support cross-brand collaboration execution
Identify potential collab partners (e.g., enrichment centers, parenting communities, kids cafés). Help build proposals and coordinate activation.
Help build partnerships with shopping centers and local venues
Source malls, event spaces, or retail partners to host family-friendly events or promotions.
Negotiate and manage influencer collaborations
Help search for and approach relevant local influencers (especially moms, family-focused creators).
Support with negotiation (barter + performance-based reward), deliverable coordination, and follow-ups.
Support Offline-to-Online Strategy for Meta Ads
Provide lead/event data, photos, or UGC to support digital team with better retargeting and ad performance.
Assist in content & creative production
Help brainstorm and write ad copy, caption ideas, and video creative concepts.
Take photos/videos at events or brief designers/editors to turn raw footage into ads and social content.
Who We're Looking For:
Experience in marketing, brand partnerships, or influencer coordination.
Comfortable working with local brands, creators, and vendors.
Skilled in coordinating logistics, creative briefs, and supporting campaign execution.
Bonus if you’re familiar with Meta Ads or content strategy.
