Marketing & Investor Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and execution-oriented Marketing & Investor Acquisition Specialist to manage investor education content, marketing campaigns, outbound communications, and investor acquisition initiatives to support ICX’s business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and develop weekly investor-education content, and coordinate with the Graphic Designer for publication.
- Plan and execute outbound marketing campaigns.
- Plan and run financial at least one literacy and one financial inclusion activity per semester, and provide documentation to Compliance for OJK reporting.
- Support Customer Support in preparing public FAQs and response templates related to issuers.
- Plan and execute investor acquisition through ICX’s owned channels and opted-in contacts, including lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion, in line with POJK 22/2023 rules on offers through personal communication channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and investor acquisition results, and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure marketing materials and investor communications pass internal approval and applicable compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, campaign management, growth marketing, or sales.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and campaign execution skills.
- Experience with email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, social media, or marketing automation tools.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and customer/investor acquisition.
- Analytical, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or investment platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent written Bahasa Indonesia, with a portfolio of published copy.
- Comfortable reading financial news and figures, with a basic grasp of shares, dividends and investment risk.
