We are looking for a fun, proactive, and organized Marketing & Influencer Assistant Intern to join us at NONGKITIAM!
NONGKITIAM is the ultimate F&B hangout spot tailored entirely for Gen Z. We’re all about creating vibrant spaces, good food, and highly shareable moments. In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing team to handle influencer campaigns, shape our visual presence on food delivery platforms, and bring our brand to life!
What you will do (Responsibilities):
- In charge of KOLs/KOCs: Help us find, reach out to, and coordinate with awesome influencers for our campaigns.
- Voucher Tracking: Keep track of the redeemed vouchers and promo codes used for these influencer projects so everything runs smoothly.
- Campaign Asset Support: Support our active campaigns by updating and refreshing item thumbnails on food delivery platforms (FDS) to match our latest promotions.
- Creative Briefing: Work closely with our design team by creating clear, aesthetic visual briefs for the FDS campaign thumbnails.
- Marketing Support: Jump in to assist the marketing team with other daily projects and brainstorms whenever your core tasks are wrapped up.
What we are looking for (Requirements):
- Currently majoring in Business, Marketing, Ilmu Komunikasi (Ilkom), or a related field.
- Willing to Work from Office (WFO), Monday - Friday, 09:30 - 18:30 at Jakarta Barat, Tanjung Duren
- Genuine interest in the F&B industry and up-to-date with current food & hangout trends.
- Enthusiastic about marketing, trends, and working with influencers.
- Detail-oriented and organized (especially when keeping track of voucher codes).
- Has a strong eye for visuals and layout to create clean, aesthetic briefs for our designers.
- Basic knowledge of or familiarity with using AI tools for creative tasks is a huge plus!
- Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn across different marketing areas.
