Deskripsi pekerjaan Marketing & Growth Executive PT Primoban Novo Tyres
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing & Growth Executive to help grow our motorcycle tyre business across Indonesia.
This role combines growth, campaigns, analytics, e-commerce, and field activation. You’ll work closely with management and sales to understand our dealers and customers, identify growth opportunities, and turn them into measurable campaigns across both online and offline channels.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute marketing & growth initiatives across dealers, riders, communities, and e-commerce
- Build dealer promotions, product campaigns, and sell-out programs
- Plan and execute campaigns, including marketplace promotions, product launches, bundles, vouchers, and seasonal campaigns
- Analyze sales performance to identify opportunities across products, pricing, promotions, and channels
- Plan offline activations such as dealer events, community rides, exhibitions, and product activations
- Segment dealers and customers to develop more targeted campaigns
- Track campaign performance, marketing spend, sales impact, and ROI
- Gather competitor, pricing, promotion, and market insights
- Coordinate social media and digital activities to amplify campaigns and strengthen the brand
- Work closely with Sales to improve dealer activation, product adoption, sell-out, and distribution growth
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Growth, Campaign, Trade Marketing, E-commerce, Commercial Marketing, or similar roles
- Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience running online & offline campaigns is highly preferred
- Able to turn data and market insights into actionable campaigns
- Hands-on executor comfortable working both digitally and in the field
- Able to independently plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Experience in marketplace, automotive, FMCG, retail, B2B, or distribution is a plus
- Comfortable working in a growing business where systems and processes are still being built
