Position: Full-Time Marketing & Event Officer
Location: Westside Padel Club
The Mission
Are you a community builder who knows how to turn a vision into a reality? Westside Padel Club is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Event Officer.
We need someone who is equal parts creative storyteller and organized coordinator. Your mission is to grow our community, keep our courts fully booked, and establish Westside as the premier padel destination through high-energy events and strategic content.
Your Responsibilities
- Event Leadership: End-to-end planning and execution of tournaments, coaching clinics, corporate days, and social mixers. You'll handle everything from logicstics to "day-of" hosting.
- Strategic Marketing: Develop monthly calendars and campaigns designed to convert followers into active club members.
- Content Strategy: Plan and oversee our social media presence. You will storyboard reels, plan photo shoots, and ensure our digital brand matches the energy of our courts.
- Sales Growth: Proactively drive court bookings and membership sales through creative promotions.
- Community & Partnerships: Act as the face of the club for coaches, influencers, and local businesses. Secure and manage sponsorships with lifestyle brands.
- Player Experience: Ensure the "Westside Vibe" is consistent from the moment someone visits our Instagram to the moment they leave the court.
What You Bring to the Court
- Proven Experience: 2–3 years in **Event Planning** and Marketing (backgrounds in sports, hospitality, or lifestyle brands are highly valued).
- Project Management: You are highly organized and can manage multiple event timelines without breaking a sweat.
- Content Savvy: You know what makes a post go viral and how to plan content that resonates with the padel community.
- Communication: Fluent in English with the confidence to host events and pitch to potential partners.
- Proactive Personality: You take initiative, solve problems on the fly, and always look for ways to improve the player experience.
- Design Skills (The "Plus"): Ability to use design tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a bonus, but the ability to plan and direct top-tier content is a must.
