This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, and exploring opportunities in marketing and sales. You will engage with potential customers through company-provided leads, understand their needs, recommend suitable products and services, and build long-term customer relationships while developing your sales and client management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in communicating with customers and building relationships
- Customer-oriented with a strong interest in sales
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on company-provided leads and customer enquiries promptly
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Present product and service features, benefits, and suitable solutions to customers
- Manage the customer journey and sales process from initial enquiry through to closing
