. Margaux is looking for a creative and driven individual to join our growing team as a

Marketing & Creative Manager.

. We're looking for someone who loves fashion, understands social media, and is excited to

help build a brand through thoughtful storytelling, content creation, and marketing.

Based on: Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara

Responsibilities

. Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms

. Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with the brand's identity

. Edit Reels, TikToks, and other short-form video content

. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches

. Coordinate with creators, influencers, stockists and brand partners when needed

. Support photoshoots, content production, and campaign executions

. Stay updated on social media trends and identify opportunities relevant to the brand

. Help maintain Margaux's visual identity and brand consistency across all touchpoints

Requirements

· Female, 18-25 years old

· Based in Jakarta or able to commute

. 1-2 years of experience in fashion, marketing, social media, content creation, or a related

field

. Passionate about fashion, branding, marketing, and content creation

. Comfortable being on camera and creating content when needed (not camera shy)

. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends

. Basic graphic design skills (Canva required, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)

. Able to edit short-form video content

. Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand building

· Proactive, creative, organized, and detail-oriented

Bonus Points If You

. Have experience working with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands

. Have a portfolio showcasing content, campaigns, or creative work

. Are familiar with influencer marketing and community building
