About the role We’re looking for a creative, curious fresh grad to run our brand and social media. You’ll plan and create content, grow our audience, and help turn views into sales. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn both strategy and content creation.
What you’ll do
* Plan the monthly marketing and content calendar
* Create, shoot, edit, and post 4-5 pieces of content per week (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
* Write captions and copy in natural, engaging English
* Follow trends and adapt them to the Gingers brand
* Reply to comments and DMs, and collect customer feedback
* Track weekly performance (reach, engagement, sales) and suggest improvements
* Work with freelancers and influencers on campaigns
What we’re looking for
* Fresh graduate (S1/D3) in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or any field, with a strong portfolio
* Internship, freelance, campus organization, or personal-account experience in content or social media
* Able to shoot and edit short videos (CapCut or similar) and use Canva
* Strong English & Bahasa Indonesia writing skills
* Curious about numbers: you ask “why did this post work?”
* Quick learner who takes feedback well and takes initiative
* Interest in food, beverage, or wellness is a plus
* Basic knowledge of Meta or TikTok Ads is a plus
