MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
PT Minaret Prima Solusa is seeking a strategic and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead marketing and communication initiatives across our business lines in Multimedia, Printing, Event Organizer, and MICE.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies
• Manage marketing progress and brand development across all business units
• Lead and oversee Digital Marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, content, performance, and lead generation
• Drive B2B marketing activities and support business development opportunities
• Manage and coordinate tender processes, including tender documents, credentials, proposals, and supporting materials
• Develop and deliver presentations, client pitches, and business proposals
• Oversee corporate communications, digital channels, campaigns, and content
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, agencies, vendors, and strategic partners
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication across the Group
Requirements
• Proven experience in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related fields
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, B2B Marketing, and Tender Management
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills
• Excellent presentation, pitching, and business communication skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Able to manage multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience in agency, multimedia, printing, events, MICE, and B2B/tender-based business will be highly regarded.
