Requirements
- Based in Yogyakarta or Magelang or willing to relocate.
- Experience in creative, branding, or social media roles.
- Experience in F&B or coffee industry is a strong plus.
- Strong in visual creation (photography, videography, design) and copywriting.
- Solid understanding of social media trends and digital brand presence.
- Able to think beyond execution, understands branding and marketing fundamentals.
- Strong sense of taste and aesthetic, especially in coffee and lifestyle culture.
- Proactive, communicative, fast learner, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio is highly encouraged and will be considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing plans.
- Enhance customer experience across offline and online touchpoints. Offline: store visuals, merchandising, and branding elements; online: manage presence on Instagram, TikTok, GoFood/GrabFood, and other platforms.
- Ensure consistent visual and brand identity across all channels.
- Collaborate with external partners to contribute to brand value.
- Act as PIC for both commercial and non-commercial events.
