Job description for Marketing and Admin Executive at HR2B
- Coordination on Exhibitions, Seminars, mailouts and Advertisements.
- Maintaining Customers database.
- Manage and execute quality & innovative social media, website and all social media
- platform content to promote the brand and monitoring the online presence of the company
- Responsible for leading Marketing activities to ensure implementation and monitoring of the Marketing Campaign.
- Overseeing in marketing plans, trends, competitors, market organization and new markets.
- Assist in marketing, sales and customer support.
- Basic office administration & maintaining Office Accounts
- Diploma/Degree in Business admin/marketing or equivalent
- 2-4 years working experience in marketing and general office administration work
- Computer literacy is essential, especially in Microsoft Office.
- Possess essential knowledge and practical skills in Digital Marketing
- Candidates with basic accounting experience will be preferred.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Multi-tasking, resourceful and able to work with minimum supervision or independently
- Preferably female
