Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of weekly content calendars across all brands and platforms.
- Develop and implement social media & content strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.
- Drive hyperlocal marketing campaign strategy, oversee the end-to-end process of marketing ensuring they are well-planned, executed, and optimized across various digital platforms.
- This entails preliminary research and alignment with local stakeholders and by extension, external partners, throughout the planning and implementation.
- Monitor and analyze performance using analytics tools, providing insights and optimization plans.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, user needs, and competitor offerings.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and user feedback to optimize strategies and tactics for maximum effectiveness.
- Build online community engagement and manage brand reputation on social media.
- Lead content planning, production, and publication across platforms (Instagram, TikTok and other platforms).
- Creative Oversight: Manage and guide all creative efforts to ensure they are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Project Management: Plan and execute design related projects, manage timelines, and ensure efficient collaboration between teams.
- Performance & Optimization: Use data to analyze creative performance and suggest improvements.
- Team & Vendor cross-functional support: Direct and support internal teams, freelancers, and vendors.
- Innovation: Find new ways to approach creative challenges and develop scalable solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Share insights and best practices to improve creative effectiveness across the company.
- Oversee content needs for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all digital and in-store content touchpoints.
- Manage asset distribution and coordination across internal teams.
- Understand key social media metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, growth, etc.)
- Analyze content performance to inform future planning and optimization.
- Able to make strategic recommendations based on data insights.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in marketing, content or social media strategy or related field, with a strong track record in planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, market dynamics, consumer behavior, target audience and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of digital content planning and execution across multi-channel campaigns.
- Highly creative; able to see the big picture and level up the team's creative ideas, but detailed and meticulous in analysis, tracking, and metrics.
- Excellent project management skills; independent in managing and executing projects with experience in leading a project or a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice.
- Experience with CRM platforms and basic understanding of email marketing is a strong advantage.
- Experience managing creative production workflows, timelines and vendor coordination.
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiar with social media tools & analytics (Ads Manager, etc.)
