About the role
PT Asia Prima Konjac is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing & Activation Manager to join our dynamic team in Surabaya, East Java. As a full-time role, this position will play a pivotal part in driving the strategic marketing and activation initiatives that support our company's key objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and activation plans to promote our range of premium konjac products
- Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing activities, including content creation, channel management, event coordination and campaign tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful customer experiences
- Analyse marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategy
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our marketing approach
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists to drive excellence in campaign delivery
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related field, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector
- Excellent strategic planning and campaign management skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing initiatives
- Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and inspire others
- Hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing and event management
- A creative mindset and passion for driving brand awareness and customer engagement
