- Female, minimum 32 years old
- Minimum diploma/bachelor from Marketing, Communication, or Related field
- Preferably with 5-years experiences in the manufacture industry
- Fluency in English is preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, & public speaking skills
- Required analytical mindset with a focus on result and continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of market/customer needs with good market analytics skills
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 is preferred
- Proficient in operating of regulations Ms. Excel and Power Point
- Willing to be placed at Mojokerto, East Java
