Deskripsi pekerjaan Marketing Affiliate & Relationship Officer Uneed Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and build strong relationships with content creators and affiliates (TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, etc.)
- Manage and monitor affiliate program performance to drive and achieve sales targets.
- Develop engaging marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Analyze market trends and generate regular affiliate performance reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates regarding product samples and campaign details.
Requirements:
- Minimum Associate/Bachelor's degree (Communication, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Relations, or Digital Marketing.
- Solid understanding of affiliate platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, etc.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, creative, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a team
