Build up & hone your communication skills

Client-related responsibilities
- Introduce and onboard clients (primarily consumer brands) to Knal marketing tools and tend to their needs.
- Work with clients to develop and optimize their marketing plans, specifically those related to Knal’s marketing tools.
- Work with clients to implement and execute their marketing plans and/or supervise the implementation and execution of their marketing plans, specifically those related to Knal’s marketing tools.
- Conduct necessary research to be able to provide perpetual improvement to the client's marketing plan, specifically those related to Knal’s marketing tools.
Internal responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze clients’ marketing strategy and performance to provide recommendations and reports for the company to perpetually improve its marketing tools and marketing playbook.

- 1-3 years experience in (digital) marketing, preferably in a client-facing role.
Education
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Highly creative and has experience in running marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated understanding of key digital marketing metrics.
- Displays a relentless attitude when it comes to experimentation and A/B testing.
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Has an appreciation for marketing campaigns and is highly creative.
- Has an appreciation for the role of technology in marketing.
- Displayed strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen interest in business and consumer behavior.
- Familiar with the latest digital platforms and technologies, and social media trends.
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prepared to work hard and can perform under time-sensitive intense pressure.
