Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
- Experience handling Gift Vouchers (GV), Points, Discount Packages, Landing Pages, or promotional campaigns is highly preferred.
- Familiar with using internal tools or systems for configuration, setup, data entry, and transaction management.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle operational issues and customer service escalations.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, partners, and customer service teams.
Detail Jobdesc:
- Support the Partnership team's business-as-usual process for selling Gift Vouchers and Loyalty Points to B2B partners across ID, SG, MY, TH, and VN
- Support the Partnership team's business-as-usual process, including invoicing and partner communication
- Support the Product team in handling operations-related issues, customer inquiries, complaints, and checks
