INHALE. is a growing jewellery brand inspired by effortless style and everyday confidence. We design high-quality stainless steel jewellery and sell through our retail store, online channels, and weekend markets.
About the Role
We're looking for an outgoing, confident, and sales-driven Market Sales Assistant to join our team on a freelance basis. You'll represent INHALE. at our weekend markets, engage with customers, and drive sales through genuine conversations and product recommendations.
We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, isn't afraid to approach customers, and knows how to turn customer interest into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Actively approach and engage customers in a friendly and confident manner.
- Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs.
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and effective selling techniques.
- Explain product features, materials, and care instructions accurately.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and deliver an enjoyable shopping experience.
Market Operations
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays according to INHALE's standards.
- Handle POS transactions and payments accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish products during the market.
- Keep the booth clean, organised, and ready for customers.
- Assist with stock preparation, packing, and closing procedures.
- Follow market SOPs and report sales and operational issues to the PIC.
What We're Looking For :
- Previous sales or retail experience is preferred.
- Outgoing, talkative, and confident when approaching new people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, proactive, and comfortable initiating conversations.
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to agreed shifts.
- Able to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, depending on the market schedule.
- Fluent English is preferred, as many of our customers are international visitors.
- Interest in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
Work Arrangement
- Freelance position.
- Mainly scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday markets.
- Market locations may include Canggu, Seminyak, Uluwatu, and other designated areas in Bali.
- Shift assignments depend on operational needs and staff availability.
